We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns/exchanges: within 7 days of delivery.

  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Condition Requirements

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Security strap must be fully intact.

    • If the strap is removed, broken, or tampered with → No refund/exchange.

3. Return Shipping Fee

  • Customer pays all return shipping fees.

  • We do not reimburse shipping charges.

4. Inspection Process

Returned items undergo inspection.
Refund is approved only if:

  • The item is clean, unused

  • Security strap is intact

  • Packaging is not damaged

Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Refund issued after inspection approval.

  • Bank processing may take 7–14 days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items

  • Items with broken/removed security strap

  • Used, altered, damaged, or mishandled items

7. How to Request a Return

After the product is delivered, you can request a return from the user profile dashboard.
