If the strap is removed, broken, or tampered with → No refund/exchange.

Customer pays all return shipping fees.

We do not reimburse shipping charges.
4. Inspection Process
Returned items undergo inspection.
Refund is approved only if:

The item is clean, unused

Security strap is intact

Packaging is not damaged
Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer.
